10-year warranty:

• Dental implants

A warranty for patients who realized the entire treatment plan. If the claim is not supported, then the warranty equals 12 months.

3-year warranty:

• Frame dentures

A warranty for patients who realized the entire treatment plan. If the claim is not supported, then the warranty equals 12 months.

2-year warranty:

• Fixed prosthetic reconstructions (crowns, bridges, veneers, posts, inlays)
• Composite inlays, with the exception of the paracervical areas (a 12-month warranty)
• Removable acrylic dentures

A warranty for patients who realized the entire treatment plan. If the claim is not supported, then the warranty equals 12 months.

1-year warranty:

• Paracervical composite reconstructions
• Composite veneers
• Protective dental guards
• In cases of untreated temporomandibular joint dysfunctions or bruxism (clenching and grinding one’s teeth), warranty period is estimated individually.

Warranty Conditions:

• Realizing the treatment plan recommended by the dentist in full;
• Observing recommendations with regard to hygiene specified by a dentist or a hygienist;
• Attending follow-up appointments at least once a year;
• Controlling hygiene status at the professional hygienist’s along with undergoing scaling, sandblasting, and fluoridation at least once every six months.

The warranty is reduced or does not cover:

• Temporary reconstructions;
• In cases of teeth root fracture;
• In cases when a patient fails to observe hygienic rules or dentist’s recommendations;
• In cases of works performed on patient’s demand, despite other recommendations of a dentist;
• In cases of complications after endodontic treatment associated with no healing of bone inflammatory lesions;
• In cases of biomechanical disorders in the oral cavity, including lack of support zones, what may lead to overloading and occlusal dysfunction;
• In cases of inflammatory complications of the pulp occurring right after placing a composite filling or prosthetic reconstruction when there is a deep carious cavity or dental tissue is damaged considerably;
• In cases of mechanical damages resulting from a mechanical injury or blow;
• In cases of existing advanced systemic diseases (e.g. diabetes, neoplastic diseases, osteoporosis, etc.), sudden loss of weight within a short period of time, as well as considerable and progressing loss of osseous and periodontal tissues;
• In cases of correcting prosthetic reconstructions, or when the treatment is taken over by another dental practice.
