At the first visit, after thorough examination and diagnostics, we prepare a treatment plan, which in each case is a solution tailored to the needs of a given patient.

Why is it needed?

The health of our patients is a priority at Markiewicz Clinic. Therefore, during a consultation visit, we focus on establishing a biological treatment plan to remove bacteria from the oral cavity. In addition to a thorough examination of the oral cavity, a panoramic X-ray is performed each time.

If the patient’s expectations are focused on comprehensive treatment, supplementing missing teeth and improving aesthetics, a comprehensive treatment plan is created in parallel with the basic biological plan. For this purpose, during the first visit, it is very important to get to know the patient’s expectations during an honest conversation and to perform additional diagnostic tests, if necessary.

After a functional analysis, our dentists often perform a Koisa deprogrammer to learn more about the articular relationship. It is a removable plate that is worn by the patient for 2 weeks. After this period, another visit takes place, where the dentist registers the patient’s tooth models in the so-called central relationship. The determination of such a joint system is crucial in the treatment of many diseases and occlusive dysfunctions.
