This is a special type of digital crowns and porcelain veneers. Markiewicz Clinic is one of the first facilities in Pomerania that has access to CEREC CAD/CAM technology. CEREC crowns and veneers are fabricated thanks to our extended base of innovative digital equipment at Markiewicz Clinic, as well as precise and reliable work of our dental technicians responsible for CEREC crowns and veneers’ appropriate and natural look.
CEREC is an innovative system of designing and fabricating CAD/CAM digital fillings such as: digital crowns, veneers, or bridges. This solution enables to conduct the entire process of crown or veneer fabrication within the same appointment. A standard process usually lasts at least 5 days.
Using a special CEREC scanner makes the principal difference. It is an intraoral camera that is able to scan all teeth in a couple of minutes. There is no need to make an impression with materials that are uncomfortable for patients.
The digital image is sent to the design centre in our laboratory, where our dental technicians fabricate CEREC crowns and porcelain veneers.
