Diastema between the incisors. Lateral missing teeth and no upper right canine.

The goal that the patient wanted to achieve

The patient came in to replace missing teeth and improve the aesthetics of the front teeth, including closing the gap between the central incisors.

Applied treatment

At the first visit, Dr. Marek Markiewicz performed a thorough examination of the oral cavity and 3D volumetric examination of the bones, using Computed Tomography to determine the conditions for implants. During the same visit, Dr. Paweł Chmielowski took pictures of the patient’s face in different projections. On the basis of the collected data, a team of doctors at Markiewicz Clinic prepared a new smile design, which was presented to the patient during the second visit. Based on the design of the shape of future teeth, Dr. Markiewicz designed a special implantological template, which was used for the non-invasive insertion of dental implants. Three months after the procedure, Dr. Paweł Chmielowski placed veneers on the front teeth and crowns on implants, which were made in the Markiewicz Clinic laboratory on the basis of digital scans taken with the Cerec Primescan scanner.
